Terms of Service.

By accessing or using any part of the McEXE website, products, APIs or services (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it secret.
• Provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account with anyone else.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Services, or attempt to bypass our security measures.

Unless otherwise stated, all McEXE products are provided under the license terms included with each product. In general:

• Free products (including MCSM) may be used for personal and commercial purposes at no cost.
• Paid products are licensed for use by the purchasing individual or organization, not for resale.
• Source code, when included, may be modified for personal use, but redistribution of the original code is not permitted without written consent.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any compiled product, except where permitted by law.

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the respective gateway.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or incompatibility issues that were disclosed before purchase.

If a product fails to function as described, you are entitled to a fix or, at our discretion, a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Our public APIs are provided free of charge and without warranty. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Do not abuse the API with excessive or automated requests that degrade service for others.
• Do not use the API to build competing services that mirror our own.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses or accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit or transmit through the Services (such as support tickets, files, or profile information).

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must not upload anything that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Contains malware, viruses or other harmful code.
• Is unlawful, threatening, harassing or defamatory.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services.
• Upload or transmit any form of malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without prior written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to legal authorities.

You may delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if we discontinue a service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McEXE and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 1,000,000 IRT, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Iran. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Iran.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
